, evaluation was based on the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines 2.1 AA (WCAG), an international standard developed by the World Wide Web Consortium (W3C). These guidelines define how to make digital content more accessible to people with various disabilities, covering principles such as perceivability, operability, understandability, and robustness.

, the evaluation was carried out against the EN 301 549 V3.2.1 standard, developed by the European Committee for Standardization (CEN) and published by the European Telecommunications Standards Institute (ETSI). This harmonized European standard includes all Web Content Accessibility Guidelines 2.1 AA (WCAG) success criteria and more than 60 additional requirements applicable to websites and mobile applications. While WCAG forms the core of accessibility requirements within EN 301 549, it is the only harmonized standard officially recognized by the European Commission as a means of demonstrating conformity with EU accessibility legislation, including both the Web Accessibility Directive (WAD) and the European Accessibility Act (EAA).

A feedback mechanism refers to a system that allows users, particularly those with disabilities, to report issues they encounter, share their experiences, or suggest improvements related to the platform's accessibility features. This feedback is then used by designers and developers to enhance the platform's accessibility and address any identified issues.
