The Accessibility Conformance Report (ACR) is a key document that supports external communication, validates the Accessibility Statement, and promotes transparency about accessibility status and actions. It helps technical teams plan remediation work and provides business teams with a clear overview of accessibility commitments.
For this report, we used the globally recognized Voluntary Product Accessibility Template (VPAT®), developed by the Information Technology Industry Council (ITI). VPAT® is a leading reporting format for documenting the accessibility of information and communications technology (ICT) products. It covers the major ICT accessibility standards: Section 508 (U.S.), EN 301 549 (EU), and WCAG 2.1 (W3C/WAI).
The Accessibility Statement provides an overview of the product’s accessibility, including the level of compliance, any known limitations, and ways for users to provide feedback. It is supported by the Accessibility Conformance Report, which offers detailed technical information. In Europe, an Accessibility Statement is legally required for public sector websites and mobile apps, and is considered good practice for businesses across different sectors.
A feedback mechanism refers to a system that allows users, particularly those with disabilities, to report issues they encounter, share their experiences, or suggest improvements related to the platform's accessibility features. This feedback is then used by designers and developers to enhance the platform's accessibility and address any identified issues.
We've implemented an accessible feedback mechanism on every webpage through a button that is always visible and obtainable anytime. Clicking the button expands a modal with a brief accessibility overview and a direct link to a feedback form in the site's Accessibility Statement.
